It was a great honour for myself to be invited as a faculty in the Annual meeting of Indian Society of Hip and Knee surgeons at Delhi where I presented one of my complex knee replacement cases. Along with pride these events provides intense stimulus to do difficult surgeries with meticulousness and share with highly valued peer groups. Along with daily clinical works which all of us do, some time should be devoted for a bit of academics and research which will become the cherry on the cake.
