Cancellation and refund policy of Online appointment at Prayas clinic
1. Cancellation of online appointment is only possible 24 hours prior to your booking time.
2. To get automatic online refund of appointment fees (to the source of payment used during making the payment) you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours of booking (but must be before 24 hours prior to your booking slot)
3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CASH REFUND WILL BE DONE FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS.
4. If the clinic is cancelled due to unavailability of doctor or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you for a reschedule of appointment or a full refund.
5. Maximum Refund timeline is 7 days and Minimum (in case of online payment) timeline can be 2 Hours
